Mental health check

When you’ve been stressed out and not feeling quite like yourself it can be difficult to know what to do. Check your levels of stress, anxiety, or low mood and see if you might benefit from learning specific tools to improve the way you feel, with 'This Way Up' and their free and anonymous Take-a-Test Tool.

Struggling because you don't know how to cook? Our Head Chef Housien shares with you different easy and quick recipes.

Remember that “Cooking is an act of patience, mindfulness, an outlet for creative expression, a means of communication, and helps to raise one’s self-esteem as the cook can feel good about doing something positive for you, your family, or loved ones,” Julie Ohana.

Free online gym class library

Want to work out but can make the live sessions? Access the free online gym class library from MQ Sport and Recreation anytime.

Choose from a variety of classes such as Flex, Yoga, Pilates, Core, Cardio and many more.

Chair mobility

Anna, a group fitness instructor from the Sports and Aquatic Centre, will offer a 5-minute stretching session [YouTube video] if you need a quick break and spend a lot of time sitting on your chair while working and studying.
